HEBREWS WEEK 22 - FALL FORWARD: JESUS OUR HOPE
Welcome back for Hebrews Week 22! We are starting in Chapter 10 and before we go forward — we must go back to the Psalms to fully contextually understand what the author of Hebrews is trying to convey to the people.
Where is David at emotionally when he is writing Psalms 37-40? We see him at his lowest and then we see the evolvement of sorrow to hope in the Lord.
We also look at Romans 3 where we see that we are all sinners but were given the FREE gift of grace through faith in Jesus Christ and His sacrifice for our sins. Will we be judged on OUR works or by Jesus’ works?
